If your account is closed voluntarily and your balance is legitimate and verified, bat639 will process a final withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment account, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

In cases where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, bat639 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. The player will be notified of the suspension and given the opportunity to respond with relevant information.
